I have found no information for Charles Henry’s father, my great grandfather. The stories of the time have them dying of yellow fever. I have had some success with Florence P Jackson, my great grand mother (I will trace this line in further post). Charles and Florence were married in 1903, they had two sons Clyde and Miller.
Clyde married Vivian Margaret Collins (1908-2003) and had ME and my two brothers and two sisters.
Miller married Edith Jerusha Safley (1908-1992) And had Edith Mirle (1933-2010)
I have a memory of attending a large Collins annual reunion where I’m sure I met Florence, Miller and Edith. My memory is of kissing one of my cousins.
