Sir Roger Harding ( Lord of Hollinside ) Knight 1423-1470
He was the great grand-Father of Agnes Hardinge the wife of Thomas Collins (13th great grand-father).
Her parents Sir Thomas Harding and Lady Margaret were burnt at the stake by Henry VIII.
They were Lollards, disciples of John Wycliff. Beginning in the 16th century, the Lollard movement was regarded as the precursor to the Protestant Reformation.
